PWAC members work in all areas of non-fiction, and many are not limited to the printed word – they work online and in visual and broadcast media. You’ll find more about our members in the Find A Writer section. That’s the database of our members, so you can find the right writer for the right writing project.
PWAC celebrated its 40th anniversary in 2016, and we’re just hitting our stride. We advocate for, and promote the rights of, professional non-fiction writers in Canada. Our members are our strength as they unstintingly share their expertise on everything from finding the right market for work to getting paid for that work—and getting paid well.
